Gil saves the day! I have a Swytch conversion Ebike kit, but I was having issues sourcing accessories from their company in England. My monitor broke, and Gil, from the customer service bike shop, took the time to send me a Swytch monitor by mail. Thanks to his effort, I now have a working monitor and electric power restored for my upcoming trip. I appreciate the excellent communication and the dedication he showed in obtaining the necessary accessory. - 5 Stars

I've brought 3 used bikes here for tune ups, and they are usually booked solid, so it takes a couple of weeks. However, Gil, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service at this bike shop. He hires and trains great helpers who excel in bike maintenance and do an amazing job! I highly recommend them!
